Review of "The Burrito Diet"
(It's Not Really About Burritos- Read On!)

eBook By Matt Lisk

In some ways, I'm an unlikely candidate to be writing a review for The Burrito Diet. As anyone who knows me will tell you, I never eat "Mexican food" - I'm a very bland eater, and believe it or not, even catsup will cause me to break out into a sweat!

Also, I'm pretty knowledgeable about fat-loss and nutrition, and as you might surmise from the title, The Burrito Diet isn't a book for experts in these fields. Instead, it's a book for novices- people who are overweight, who've tried everything, and still haven't managed to lose the weight.

Now I also realize that most of you reading this are also experienced in these matters, and might assume that The Burrito Diet isn't worth their time. But you'd be wrong on that assumption, and here's why:

Sometimes being an effective coach or teacher is a lot less about what you know and a lot more about your ability to teach what you know to others.

So in other words, if you have 1000 units of knowledge, but are only capable of transferring 400 units of that knowledge to your pupils, you're a poor teacher.

Now if you're a trainer, coach, or teacher, and you're justifiably proud of how much you know, let me ask you a simple question: do you have people in your life- perhaps friends, colleagues, or relatives, who are overweight, and who've been that way for years and years? Do you ever find it frustrating that your extensive experience and knowledge hasn't rubbed off on these people? Have you ever wondered why?

Well look, we've all been in that situation, including me. Which is why I've always been a student of effective teaching. And a huge fan of effective teachers.

And that's why I'm writing to you today. When my long-time client Matt Lisk first sent me a copy of The Burrito Diet, I thought "Oh, catchy title." But instead of dismissing it as a beginner's book that wouldn't apply to me, for some reason I set aside a few minutes and read the introduction.

And I'm glad I did, because Matt Lisk is a terrific teacher who is both a former expert in being fat and a current expert in being lean. And his "Modus Operandi?" Burritos! This is a guy who's a busy professional, working 50-hour-plus work-weeks, a dad, and a stress eater. In other words, he's just like a lot of us.

But the difference is, Matt figured out a practical, workable way to painlessly lose his excess bodyfat using a diet composed primarily of burritos.

And to make a long story short, Matt lost 80 pounds doing this, and he's kept that 80 pounds off for over 3 years now.

Long story short, Matt turned his experience and knowledge into a book, and I'm predicting it'll be a huge success, mainly because The Burrito Diet really isn't about burritos at all- it's about learning how to eat. It's about developing healthier habits. And it's not written buy a "nutrition expert" with a string of letters after his name- it's from an average, everyday former fat guy who figured out how to get lean by eating his favorite foods everyday. To me, that's the very definition of credibility.

So if you're super-fit, you know your stuff, but you're frustrated by a friend or a family member who just doesn't seem to get it, do them (and yourself!) a favor- buy them a copy of The Burrito Diet. Better yet, get yourself a copy too, and let Matt teach you a thing or two about how to teach beginners how to eat healthier. You can learn more about Matt Lisk and his book by clciking here.

Go have a look- it's actually a really neat little website.

PS: Funny story- I learned something from Matt's book that's almost embarrassing to admit: I used to occasionally make myself egg & cheese burritos for breakfast, but the habit never took hold because my burritos always ended up spilling all over me. Well guess what- I was folding them wrong!!! (Thanks Matt!). There are dozens of cool tips and tricks like this in the book, plus awesome recipes, and basically everything you'd need to succeed.

PSS: Watch's Matt's video too- it's amazing!
